Cancellation and Refund Policy :

  • Booking Amount is Non-Refundable.
  • 60 days or more before travel date : 30% cancellation.
  • 45 days – 60 days before travel date : 50% cancellation.
  • 30 days – 45 days before travel date : 75% cancellation.
  • 15 days – 30 days before travel date : No Refund.

Additional Information for cancellation and bookings of any package with us:

  • In Any bookings Hotels are subject to availability(If hotel is not available you will be provided with alternate similar category option).
  • In Any booking either it is international hotel or domestic hotel gala dinner charges on the special dates(Like New Year , Christmas and so on)are directly payable through customer end only.
  • If Payments are not made in mentioned time in invoice or conveyed through any mail source or text through any medium to customer we are not responsible for the confirmations of bookings and proceed for the cancellations and also no refund will be done.
  • For International Destinations we are not at all liable for any rejection of visa even it is processed by us or under our guidance and than amount for land package will be non refundable.
  • 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly
  • Any change in the itinerary post booking should be recorded in writing between the parties on Life Leisure Trip platform. Any verbal/oral communication regarding changes in earlier agreed package/hotel/inclusions/itinerary will not be entertained in cases of dispute
  • Please remember that all special requests like early check-In, late check-out,smoking room, nonsmoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior
  • Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveler
  • For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing – any delay by passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable by Life Leisure Trip/travel agent / M M Travels
  • Life Leisure Trip will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made due to by the customer. Please ensure that you follow the itinerary as per timings as discussed with the selected Travel agent / M M Travels
  • The itinerary is designed in a manner so that all the sightseeing/activities may be enjoyed sufficiently and they are covered within the stipulated time period. It is advised that travelers follow the advise of agent/driver and manage their time well. If a few or more sightseeing are missed due to extension of stay over the advised time-period at a particular attraction, then the driver/agent/Life Leisure Trip may not beheld liable for the same
  • Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by the travel agent / M M Travels and /or Life Leisure Trip
  • In case of change of itinerary by traveler without prior information to agent or Life Leisure Trip, Life Leisure Trip shall not be liable for any non-delivery of inclusions
  • Life Leisure Trip does not guarantee the hotel services and food quality. However, we suggest that in case of any concerns, kindly inform the travel agent / M M Travels immediately so that timely action may be taken
  • Life Leisure Trip/travel agent / M M Travels do not take guarantee for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice
  • Life Leisure Trip shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the travelers due to violation of rules of local government
  • In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, Life Leisure Trip reserves the right to adjust the tour price accordingly
  • For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is preset and specific choice of meal may not be available
  • Life Leisure Trip/travel agent / M M Travels is not liable for the care of personal items of travelers during the trip. Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold etc is purely customer responsibility
  • Customers should take responsibility of their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss
  • Vouchers provided by the travel agent / M M Travels against the booking need to be verified by the traveler and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers
  • In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Life Leisure Trip reserves the right to cancel the booking
  • Refunds can only be given in cases of inclusions mentioned in package confirmed by the customer are not delivered by the booking agent. Refunds will not be given in any other case
  • If due to unforeseen circumstances, the traveler has to pay for the inclusions already mentioned in the package, refund claims for the inclusions part of the package may be considered and refunded upon package, refund claims for the inclusions part of the package may be considered and refunded upon submission of proper receipts,provided this was pre-informed to Life Leisure Trip advisor or travel agent / MM Travels
  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not
  • Any amendments/additions to package (dates, inclusions, itinerary etc), will be done at an extra cost to the customer. Changes made to the package will be made as per cancellation policy of the original package and customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this
  • Life Leisure Trip doesn’t encourage changes and modifications to online bookings once they’re made. However, facilitation of changes related to postponement or rescheduling of the already booked package is the sole discretion of Travel agent / M M Travels under permitted circumstances. Life Leisure Trip shall not be held liable for any impact due to change in original itinerary by the traveler and this is subject to mutual agreement and discussion between traveler and travel agent / M M Travels
  • Life Leisure Trip guarantees delivery of services booked through Life Leisure Trip.In case part package is booked by traveler themselves or outside of Life Leisure Trip, no claim against such services shall be entertained
  • In case of force majeure cases (such as curfew, riots etc), Life Leisure Trip shall not be liable for any losses made thereof
  • Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not even with all due care, foresee or forestall such as (by way of example and not by way of limitation) war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God,adverse weather conditions, and all similar events
  • In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Life Leisure Trip/travel agent / M M Travels will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Life Leisure Trip/travel agent / M M Travels are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it
  • Standard check-in timings of hotels are 12 pm and check-out is 11 am. Early check-in and late checkout will be available as per hotel availability and hotel rules
  • Car/driver details will be provided 1 day prior to travel start date It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card for hotel stay(Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card/Aadhar card)
  • Bookings will only be considered confirmed if first payment has been paid in Life Leisure Trip account by any of the various modes provided on Life Leisure Trip website. In all other cases, Life Leisure Trip will not be liable for any bookings made

Driver service during the sightseeing is until 7 pm only Driver service for late evening excursions (post 7 pm), until and unless already included in the package may be charged extra. Charges will be applicable as per driver rates High-end cars (Swift Dzire/Etios) are given on subject to availability. AC may not be provided in hilly areas AC will only work from 9 PM till 6 AM in AC Delux Houseboat. Drivers provided are well-known and experienced. The driver has the right to decide driving speed. Any request to drive fast / aggressively is not necessarily to be entertained. Any issue related to driver can be sorted out on same day, only if notified within proper time frame We will give similar hotel option in case the hotel is sold out/price issue/contraction/contracting issue/etc. If there is a Gala dinner in your hotel (on Christmas, New Year or any other important day) then it is mandatory and chargeable from hotelier direct In case, a cab breaks down then you may need to wait till the issue is sorted out. If it takes more than 2 hrs, then we will refund for sightseeing after receiving verified paid travel receipt. By making payment for any Package through us will make you agree for all these Terms and conditions.

• Standard check-in time of Hotels are 1300 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs • Package quoted with basic rooms [except where it is mentioned above] in all hotels are non a/c rooms in Hill stations.[ Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodai, Coorg, Wayanad etc] • Breakfast is provided complimentary with the rooms and can be availed after 7:30 AM. Reduction of the room rent will not be entertained in case of early checkout. • The above rates are applicable only for the above-mentioned dates. • December 24th and 31st night Gala Dinner at respective hotels are compulsory and will be charged directly if not booked through us. • Entry tickets for parks, Wildlife sanctuary, rides and cultural activities and personal activities are not included in the above package and they are to be obtained by the guest at the time of entry. • Periyar Wildlife boating tickets may be hard to get at the venue, and to avoid a long wait, the same can be booked online by clicking the below link. https://www.periyarfoundation.org  • Periyar boating tickets booked through us will not be refunded, even package cancelled in any emergency reason. • Please carry a print out of the Periyar Boating tickets booked through us. It is mandatory to report at least 45 minutes prior to the ride. The company is not responsible for failing to catch the boat due to late reporting. • All museums are closed on Mondays • Eravikulam National Park in Munnar will be closed during the month of February & March every year. • Cochin- Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays respectively. • Jewish Synagogue also closed on all the Jewish Holidays • All sightseeing subject to weather and political condition in the destination • If you are intending to do nature bath at Athirappally. Use at your own risk. Please use with extreme caution, as rocks are slippery and depend on the weather, current may be strong. • Driver and vehicle are at your disposal, however, he will be available between 8 am to 7 pm except on special request. • 7 seat Innova and Tavera are not widely available in Cochin. All Innova and Tavera will be 6 seaters unless 7 seaters are requested in advance. • The company is not responsible for missing sightseeing, destinations due to political strikes or roadblocks • Company is not responsible for, Monuments, parks, rides etc to be closed without prior notice. • The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. • The company is not responsible, nor liable for any loss, damage or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour. • All the disputes are subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction only • Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of Company within a week HOUSEBOAT DETAILS [if booked] • Houseboat is provided with all meals (Lunch, Full time dinner, Breakfast, Tea / Coffee / Snacks) • Houseboat Check-in time is 1200 pm and check-out time is 9 am early check-out is possible on request • Air Conditioner with the Deluxe Houseboat will work from 9 PM to Full-time A/C is available on Luxury / Premium Houseboat. • Houseboat will be anchored at the time of Lunch. • Houseboat will be stationed from 05.30 PM to 08.00 AM in the bank of the backwater; hence mosquito and water-borne insects are related hitches. It’s sensible to bring repellent for the same. • Typical Kerala Cuisine will be provided with the Houseboat. Choice of food with the Houseboat is very limited. we request you to inform the preference of food [ veg / non-veg] at the time of booking. • The Houseboat room and bathroom size are small compared to hotel rooms. • The houseboat is meant for exploring the scenic beauty of backwater hence TV Channels will not be available with many Houseboats. We will not be responsible for Preponing or Postponing of travelling time/delays/waiting time-related to Bandh, Hartal, strikes etc 2 Only 1 each of arrival and departure/transfers will be applied. Extra use of the vehicle for multiple arrival/departure transfers will be charged extra. Only the mentioned destinations/sightseeing spots will be covered. Destinations outside the same will be charged extra accordingly. Museums, Art galleries and any other institutions which are under the ARCHEOLOGICAL DEPT: will remain closed on all Mondays. We may not proceed with the travel / /sightseeing if any unexpected Hartal/strikes/natural calamities etc. occurs during the tour period.

Also, we will not compensate for the sightseeing/ in such circumstances. Any damage happened in hotels/houseboat/cab from the guest end shall be settled directly with the vendor. We will not involve in any such matters monetarily or otherwise. Driver’s working time will be from 8 am to 8 pm.
